AGENCY GRANT AND REPORT SCHEDULE
2006-2007
GRANT PERIOD
GRANT PAYMENTS:
- $1,000.00-$6,999.00
Grants – One Payment: July, 2006(
Quarterly Program and Quarterly Financial Reports for all Quarters
still due).
- 7,000.00-$10,000.00
Grants – Four Equal Payments: July and October,
2006 & January and
April 2007.
REPORTS:
All Reports, Service Statistics and Financial
Reports are due Quarterly.
Quarterly Program Report Forms must be received in
the UBF Office by the 13th of each month.
If the 13th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, please have
your Reports in by the preceding Friday. Quarterly
payments will be mailed on the 20th (See Schedule Below).
Authorization for payment of the next check will be based on receipt of
Reports for the Quarter just ended.
Example: First Quarter Reports must be received in the UBF Office
by October 13th in order to receive the 2nd
Quarter payment October 20th.
