The  UBF's Social Planning and Research Committee have
 identified the following areas as priority considerations:

GRANT REQUEST SHOULD NOT EXCEED $10,000.00

UBF  requires Quarterly Service Statistical Report and  Quarterly Financial Report from all funded agencies.

Current Grants Reporting

Due to the increased demand for quarterly reporting forms that can be typed in, UBF
now offers a choice of new type-in forms that may be completed on the computer, or the traditional hand written forms.
The new type-in forms are fully editable and printable but still must contain an
authorized hand written signature for submission. If you have any questions concerning the forms please contact the office.
